NeoCloud was founded on a simple conviction: enterprise data operators deserve infrastructure partners who understand what unplanned downtime actually costs.
Founded in 2025
NeoCloud was founded in 2025 by a team of data center engineers, energy architects and enterprise infrastructure veterans who had spent careers on the operator side of the table. They had managed mission-critical deployments across legacy facilities and watched firsthand how the gap between what operators needed and what providers delivered kept widening.
The founding team built NeoCloud to close that gap — designing facilities from the rack up with the requirements of enterprise data operators and hyperscalers as the primary constraint, not an afterthought. Every design decision, from dual utility feeds to carrier-neutral interconnection, was made by people who had lived the consequences of getting it wrong.
Today NeoCloud develops facilities across two main regions, with a third under development. This targets strategic customers include Fortune 500 enterprises, global hyperscalers, and AI infrastructure teams to support some of the world's most demanding workloads.
